Tour Registration Details
- These terms and conditions (the “T&Cs”) apply to the process by which a limited number of codes (the “Unlock Codes”) will be made available to successful participants as part of a registration process for the Radiohead Europe 2025 tour (the “Tour”) taking place at various venues (the “Venues”) as announced on the official Radiohead website https://radiohead.com/ (such process being the “Tour Registration”). Recipients of an Unlock Code will have the opportunity to purchase tickets for the Tour dates during an invite-only sale period (the “Initial Sale”).
- PLEASE ENSURE THAT YOU READ THESE T&Cs CAREFULLY BEFORE PARTICIPATING IN THIS TOUR REGISTRATION.
- By participating in this Tour Registration, you agree that you have read and understood the T&Cs and agree to be bound by them.
- The organiser of this Tour Registration is LLLP LLP of 41 Great Portland Street, London, W1W 7LA (the “Organiser”), and these T&Cs govern the relationship between you and the Organiser.
- Any attempt to circumvent or failure to comply with any of the requirements of these T&Cs will constitute a breach of the same and may (at the Organiser’s sole discretion) result in:
- your Registration (as defined below) being rejected or revoked;
- any Unlock Code (as defined below) sent to you being revoked; and/or
- any tickets purchased in the Initial Sale being cancelled with or without notice and with or without right to a refund.
Registration Period
- The Tour Registration window opens at 10:00 AM BST / 11:00 AM CEST on Friday 5 September 2025 (the “Starting Time”) and closes at 10:00 PM BST / 11:00 PM CEST on Sunday 7 September 2025 (the “Closing Time”) (the period between the Starting Time and the Closing Time being the “Registration Period”).
How to register and Venue allocation
- To participate in the Tour Registration, you must register by completing and submitting the form provided at https://waste.os.fan/eur25register (the “Platform”) during the Registration Period (your “Registration”).
- Only Registrations submitted within the Registration Period will be eligible for the Tour Registration. Validly submitted Registrations will receive an email from rheur25@wasteheadquarters.com confirming receipt. Please note that such receipt does not guarantee an Unlock Code.
- When completing the Registration, you will be asked if you require accessible seating. Each Venue has its own specific requirements and booking processes for accessibility tickets, which can be found at https://wasteheadquarters.com/europe2025-accessibility-info. If you have accessibility needs and require accessible seating at the Venues, please read the information provided at the link above before confirming that your Registration is for accessible seating. For further information about accessibility tickets, please refer to sections 46-51 below.
- When completing the Registration, you will be asked to indicate your preferred Venue(s) (the “Preferred Venue(s)”). You may select one or more Preferred Venue(s), but you must select at least one in order to complete the Registration.
- The Organiser aims to distribute tickets according to demand in a fair and geographically convenient way for fans. To achieve this, the Organiser will apportion the greater share of Unlock Codes to those living closer to each Venue and the remaining share will be allocated to fans who wish to travel within Europe and for those travelling from outside of Europe. For this purpose, each Registration will be categorised as follows:
- each Registration with a residential address in the European territories listed in the table at section 12 below (the “European Territories”) shall be a “European Registration”; and
- each Registration with a residential address outside of the European Territories shall be an “International Registration”.
- There shall be a greater share of Unlock Codes apportioned to European Registrations that select as a Preferred Venue a local Venue allocated to it by these T&Cs (the “Local Venue(s)”). For these purposes, the Local Venues are as follows, based on proximity to the residential address of each European Registration:
European Territory of residential address |
Local Venue |
Date(s) |
Spain, Portugal, France, Andorra, Monaco |
Madrid |
4, 5, 7, 8 November 2025 |

London |
21, 22, 24, 25 November 2025 |
Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Finland, Iceland, Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia |

For the purposes of these T&Cs, references to the European Territories listed above exclude each territory’s overseas territories, departments and regions. For example, references to France exclude its overseas departments and territories (e.g. Martinique, Guadeloupe, Réunion), and references to Portugal exclude regions such as the Azores and Madeira.
- There will be an allocation of Unlock Codes for both European Registrations that do not select a Local Venue as a Preferred Venue and International Registrations, but these will have a lesser chance of receiving an Unlock Code as compared to European Registrations for which the Preferred Venue is a Local Venue.
- For the avoidance of doubt, only Preferred Venues will be allocated to Registrations, and not dates. Dates will be available for selection and purchase by Unlock Code holders in the Initial Sale on a first come first served basis, subject to these T&Cs.
- You may unregister from the Platform after the Registration Period closes by clicking the ‘Unsubscribe’ link in the welcome email sent to you at registration or by emailing support@openstage.live, in which case your Registration will be removed from the Tour Registration and you shall no longer be eligible to participate.
- The email address you provide in your Registration must be capable of receiving emails in order for the Organiser to verify your Registration and to receive an Unlock Code link in the event your Registration is successful in the Tour Registration. It is your responsibility to ensure that you provide a valid email address and regularly check your inbox and junk/spam folders. The Organiser accepts no responsibility for any loss, inconvenience or failure to act arising from emails being missed, misdirected or filtered into junk/spam folders.
- In order to confirm and verify your Registration, you may also be required to provide a mobile phone number capable of receiving confirmation codes to verify your Registration. It is your responsibility to ensure that you provide a valid mobile phone number and regularly check your text messages. Please note that, for regulatory reasons, confirmation messages cannot be sent to mobile phone numbers registered in the following countries: Greece, Singapore, Russia, Taiwan, Malaysia, the UAE, Cambodia, Bangladesh, Iran, Pakistan, Philippines, Senegal and Nigeria. If you live in one of those countries and want to participate in the Tour Registration, you will need to enter using a mobile phone number registered elsewhere. The Organiser accepts no responsibility for any loss, inconvenience or failure to act arising from texts or confirmation codes being missed, misdirected or not received.
- Names, addresses and all other information provided as part of your Registration must be accurate and correct. Your Registration cannot be amended after it has been received and your Registration will remain associated with the email address provided as part of the Registration. The Organiser accepts no responsibility for incorrect information entered, or applications made fraudulently.
- No purchase is necessary to register for the Tour Registration and there is no charge to register on the Platform or to complete or submit the Registration form.
- Registering for the Tour Registration may incur standard telephone, internet, network and data charges. There is no additional charge to participate in this Tour Registration. You must have the bill payer’s permission prior to participating in the Tour Registration.
- Only one (1) Registration is permitted per person. Registrations on behalf of another person will not be accepted and joint submissions are not allowed. Registrations cannot be transferred. Duplicate Registrations and Registrations which have not been verified via any code and/or link and/or other verification method which has been sent to the Registration email address and/or mobile number provided in the Registration within the Registration Period will be removed from the Tour Registration. Any Registrations which use false information, or any Unlock Codes and/or tickets purchased through the Tour Registration that were obtained using false information, will be cancelled.
- Employees and their immediate families of the Organiser and any of their subsidiaries and/or third parties associated with this Tour Registration are ineligible to participate in the Tour Registration. Any Registrations from such individuals will be invalid.
- If you are aged under 18 years old (as at the time of your Registration) you must have your guardian’s permission to participate in this Tour Registration.
- The Organiser will not accept:
- responsibility for Registrations that are lost, mislaid, damaged or delayed in transit, regardless of cause, including, for example, as a result of any equipment failure, technical malfunction, systems, satellite, network, server, computer hardware or software failure of any kind; or
- proof of posting or transmission as proof of receipt of Registration.
Selection process
- The Tour Registration is open to all eligible participants with a valid Registration. The procedures and outcome of the Tour Registration are entirely at the discretion of the Organiser, whose decision in all matters relating to the Tour Registration is final.
- The Organiser anticipates that the number of Unlock Codes made available for each Venue will be equivalent to 120% of the aggregate number of tickets available for that Venue (across all performances taking place at that Venue).
- If, following the first selection process and on-sale period (“Phase One”), there remain any Unlock Codes or tickets available in respect of a Venue, the Organiser reserves the right to carry out a second phase selection process and on-sale period (“Phase Two”). Only eligible Registrations submitted during the Registration Period which were unsuccessful as part of Phase One shall be eligible to receive an Unlock Code as part of Phase Two. The Organiser also reserves the right to carry out further phases of selection process and on sale periods on these same terms if there are any Unlock Codes or tickets available for a Venue remaining after Phase Two (each such phase being a “Subsequent Phase”).
- In each Phase, the Registrations that will receive an Unlock Code for each Venue shall be selected to arrive at the total number of available Unlock Codes in accordance with the following:
- the draw for each Venue shall comprise of Registrations which selected that Venue as a Preferred Venue;
- a greater share of Unlock Codes shall be apportioned to European Registrations for a Local Venue versus all other Registrations, and allocated by random draw between such European Registrations for a Local Venue;
- the remaining allocation of Unlock Codes shall otherwise be allocated by random draw between the other European Registrations and the International Registrations respectively;
- each random draw will be either:
- conducted using a computer process that produces verifiably random results, in which case records will be maintained to demonstrate compliance; or
- supervised by an independent person to ensure fairness and compliance with these T&Cs; and
- the Organiser will ensure that all draws are conducted fairly and transparently, and records will be kept to demonstrate compliance with this requirement.
- The Organiser reserves the right to distribute fewer Unlock Codes than intended for a Venue if insufficient Registrations are received in respect of that Venue, and subsequently to distribute Unlock Codes or tickets for such Venue by any means at its sole discretion.
Successful Registrations
- Each Registration awarded an Unlock Code (a “Successful Registration”) will be sent an Unlock Code by email from rheur25@wasteheadquarters.com containing the subject line “Radiohead Europe 2025 Tickets: Your Unlock Code – [Venue]” to the email address specified in their Registration as follows:
- Phase One: by 10:00 PM BST / 11:00 PM CEST on Wednesday 10 September 2025; and
- for Phase Two and any Subsequent Phase (if applicable): to be determined by the Organiser at its sole discretion, but in any event no later than 24 hours prior to tickets going on sale.
If you do not receive that email by the above times, or if you receive an email from rheur25@wasteheadquarters.com containing the subject line “Radiohead Europe 2025 Tickets: Update on Your Application”, this means your Registration has not been successful during the relevant Phase of the Tour Registration. If your Registration is unsuccessful as part of Phase One, you will be added to the waitlist for the opportunity to receive an Unlock Code as part of any Phase Two (if applicable). If your Registration is unsuccessful as part of Phase Two, you will be added to the waitlist for the opportunity to receive an Unlock Code as part of any Subsequent Phase (if applicable).
- The Organiser reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all Successful Registrations and may require proof of identity and/or residential address before any Unlock Code is awarded.
- Each Successful Registration will receive one (1) Unlock Code.
- Unlock Codes will be generated by or on behalf of the Organiser. Unlock Codes have no cash value (and no cash alternatives shall be available), and are non-transferable, case-sensitive, and good for one-time use only for limited tickets during Initial Sale window.
- Unlock Codes must be used with the email address to which the Registration was registered and to which that Unlock Code was originally sent.
- In all cases, the Organiser (and its licensees, affiliates and assigns) shall not be liable for any email notification or text message that does not reach the email address or mobile phone number provided as part of the Registration for reasons beyond the Organiser’s (and its licensees’, affiliates’ and assigns’) reasonable control.
The Initial Sale
- The Initial Sale shall take place on the following dates:
- Phase One: from 10:00 AM BST / 11:00 AM CEST to 5:00 PM BST / 6:00 PM CEST on Friday 12 September 2025; and
- for Phase Two and any Subsequent Phase (if applicable): to be determined by the Organiser at its sole discretion, but in any event no sooner than 24 hours after Successful Registrations have been notified.

- Each Successful Registration for each Venue will have the opportunity to choose which date they may enter to purchase tickets. Each Successful Registration may only use an Unlock Code to purchase tickets for one of the available dates for that Venue. Purchases in excess of one (1) date will be cancelled with or without refund.
- Only a limited number of tickets are available for all Successful Registrations. Tickets for each Venue and/or each Venue date will be offered on a first-come first-served basis. Please note that there is no guarantee that Successful Registrations will be able to buy tickets to any of the eligible dates using an Unlock Code.

- Tickets are sold on behalf of the Organiser to the consumer. Business or traders are specifically prohibited from participating in the Tour Registration and from purchasing tickets for the Tour dates. Any business or trader who enters the Tour Registration will have their registration cancelled, and any business or trader who seeks to obtain tickets through the Platform and/or a Ticket Agent will have their tickets cancelled.
- For the avoidance of doubt, no additional costs or expenses (including but not limited to tickets, travel, accommodation, meals, insurance or other incidentals) will be covered or reimbursed for Successful Registrations.

No liability shall attach to the Organiser as a result thereof.
- These T&Cs may be amended by the Organiser at any time, with or without notice.
- The Organiser reserves all rights to disqualify you or any Registration if your conduct is contrary to the spirit or intention of the Tour Registration and these T&Cs.
- Registrations that are incorrect or incomplete will be void. No refund will be made for any costs incurred in respect of any Registration or participation in the Tour Registration. The Organiser may refuse to award an Unlock Code, or withdraw your Registration, in the event of your fraud, dishonesty or non-entitlement under these T&Cs.
- In the event of any fault, mistake, misunderstanding or dispute concerning the operation of any part of the draw, the decision of the Organiser shall be final.
- The Organiser assumes no responsibility for damages, losses or injuries that result from your participation in this Tour Registration or acceptance or use of an Unlock Code, provided that nothing in these T&Cs shall exclude or limit the Organiser’s liability for death or personal injury caused by its staff or supplier’s negligence or for fraud. Your statutory rights are not affected.
- The Organiser (and their respective licensees, affiliates and assigns) make no warranties, and hereby disclaim any and all warranties, express or implied, concerning any participation in connection with this Tour Registration. The Organiser (and their respective licensees, affiliates and assigns) is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, reviews, ratings, rankings, or other materials, whether caused or created by authorised web site users, by tampering or "hacking," or by any of the equipment, software, or programming related to the Tour Registration and assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft, destruction, or unauthorised access to the Tour Registration. Additionally, the Organiser is not responsible for any cancellation of the Tour Registration and/or the Initial Sale. Successful Registrations accept the Unlock Codes entirely at their own risk. If, for any reason, the Tour Registration and/or the Initial Sale is not capable of continuing as planned because of (including but not limited to) strikes, industry conditions, marketplace demands, flood, fire, “Act of God”, communicable disease (including without limitation the novel coronavirus known as “Covid-19”), or any other causes which, in the sole opinion of the Organiser (and its licensees, affiliates and assigns), could corrupt, compromise, undermine, or otherwise affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, viability, or proper conduct of the Tour Registration and/or Initial Sale, the Organiser (and its licensees, affiliates and assigns) reserves the right in its sole discretion to modify these T&Cs and/or to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Tour Registration and/or Initial Sale.

This limitation of liability is a comprehensive limitation of liability that applies to all damages of any kind, including (without limitation) compensatory, direct, indirect, or consequential damages; loss of data, income, or profit; loss or damage to property; and claims of third parties. Eligible participants agree that Releasees have not made nor are in any manner responsible or liable for any warranty, representation, or guarantee, statutory, express or implied (including but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, title, and fitness for a particular purpose), in fact or in law, relative to the Tour Registration and/or Initial Sale or any Unlock Code awarded. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, Releasees do not make any express or implied warranties or representations with respect to any promotional web site and Releasees shall not be liable for the consequences of any interruptions or errors related thereto. These terms give you specific legal rights. The provisions regarding implied warranties are void in some jurisdictions where implied warranties are prescribed by law.
- Should one or more provision of these T&Cs be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, such provision(s) shall be deemed severable and will not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions and the remainder of the T&Cs will thus remain in full force and effect.
- By purchasing any ticket(s) to the Tour, you consent (on your own behalf and on behalf of any other attendees) to being photographed, filmed and/or otherwise recorded by the Organiser (and/or any third party authorised by the Organiser) while attending any performance at any Venue. This includes use for livestreams, broadcasts, webcasts and other communications to the public in any medium and/or for any DVD, video, projection or digital mapping, or for any other purpose the Organiser deems appropriate.
